Metamorphosis Quartz is an unusual, misty variety of clear Quartz.
This particular piece displays a phonomenon known as "Asterism" - when exposed to the sun, a six-pointed white star appears in the face of the stone. This star is caused by fine needles of Rutile, reflecting the light.
Metamorphosis Quartz enhances sensitivity to subtle energies and other dimensions. It awakens us to higher states of consciousness, hence its name.
